Divemaster
Your first step into becoming a diving professional is the PADI Divemaster course. In this course you will fine tune your diving skills to a professional level, expand your knowledge of diving theory, build confidence to guide other divers and assist in teaching courses with some of our highly trained and experienced diving instructors.
Prerequisites:
- Minimum age: 18+ (15 for Junior Divemaster)
- Rescue Diver certificate
- CPR and First Aid training within the last 24 months
- Medical Statement within 12 months
- Minimum logged dives: 40 (20 for Junior Divemaster)
- PADI Divemaster eLearning completed

PADI Instructor Course
Become part of one of the biggest communities of diving instructors in the world.
Being a PADI diving instructor might change your life in many ways. It opens doors to new job opportunities abroad and lets you do what you love on a daily basis.
The Instructor Development Course (IDC) consists of 2 parts, the Assistant Instructor (AI) course and the Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI) program. Once you complete the entire IDC, you are eligible to do the Instructor Examination (IE).

Meet our Course Director Annemarijn van Kesteren
Annemarijn (aka Annie) is Scuba Do Bonaire’s very own PADI Course Director. Annie actually started out disliking diving as it was very challenging for her at first, but her persistence ultimately made her fall in love with the underwater world. And now 5 years later she is a Course Director teaching other divers to become dive instructors.
Her experience will help you overcome your boundaries and get you ready for the instructor exams.
