Cancellation Policy
At Scuba Do we understand that plans can change. To ensure clarity and fairness, we apply the following cancellation policy for guided dives, courses, and deposits during the period 2025โ2027.
GUIDED DIVES
- With 48 hoursโ notice or more, a full refund will be honored or, alternatively, customers may change the date of the guided dive at no additional cost.
- With 24 to 48 hoursโ notice, a 50% refund will be honored or the customer may change the date of the guided dive with a 30% rebooking fee.
- We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds with less than 24 hoursโ notice.
COURSES
- For 1 week or longer, a full refund (minus e-learning) will be honored or, alternatively, customers can change the date of the course at no extra cost.
- With 48 to 72 hoursโ notice, a 50% refund (minus e-learning) will be honored or, alternatively, customers can change the date of the course with a 30% rebooking fee.
- We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds with less than 48 hoursโ notice.
DEPOSIT
- Boat dives: minimum downpayment for 2 reservations of 50% of the lowest price
- Guided dives: minimum downpayment for more than 3 dive days of 25% of the lowest price
- Courses: all courses USD 140, except Advanced Open Water bundle USD 190
NO SHOW = NO REFUND
